started probativus.consulting in 2009. He is a specialist in pro-active and re-active e.Discovery processmanagement. After his studies of law at the Humbuloldt Universtity and the Freie Universität in Berlin Falk Engelmann worked as a porject manager for various companies and various industries. Since March of 2007 he focuses on electronic discovery which became part of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures of the United States of America in December 2006.
Falk is a member of the German American Laywers Association, the German Canadian Business Club and the Association of Litigation Support Professionals.
